Refund & Exchange Policy:

Goods sold by JB Uni Success are easily damaged, thus, we do not accept any return / exchange of good once after delivery is made.

JB Uni Success Sdn Bhd will only exceptionally process refunds only if the goods have been damaged at the time of delivery. We hope to seek your understanding in this case.

Packaging damaged during transportation which does not affect the usage of product(s) will not be considered as defect, and any request of refund will not be entertained.​

When encounter damaged goods upon arrival, kindly take a photo together with the package & receipt and WHATSAPP 011-20698086 / 011-20695838 (TEXT ONLY) with your order ID. We will process it as soon as possible.

Refunds processed through direct debit / credit card / ewallet that transactions using the Ipay88 gateway can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 1-7 business day, but can take up to 7 days to clear depending on original method of payment.

JB Uni Success Sdn Bhd reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment.

退款协议：

由于JBUS所售卖的商品都是容易损毁的，所以货物出门后，恕无法接受退货。唯一例外是只有在商品在送抵时已损毁，JB Uni Success才能处理退款，敬请见谅。

在运输过程中，产品的外包装可能会损坏，只要不影响产品使用我方概不接受任何退款/退换的要求。

如遇到以上的情况，请联同刚拆开的包装和包裹内的收据一起拍照，WHATSAPP 011-20698086 / 011-20695838，我们会尽快处理。

通过直接借记卡/信用卡/电子钱包处理的退款，使用 Ipay88 网关的交易只能退回到用于付款的原始帐户。 退款通常需要 1-7 个工作日，但也可能需要超过 7 天才能完成，具体取决于原始付款方式。
