ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALL READY STOCK?
Yes, most of them are ready stock, unless the products are remarked as [PRE].
For Pre-Order products, order may take 14-21 business days (not including Public Holiday and Weekends) to fulfill.
Please place your orders separately if you wish to post out the in-stock products prior otherwise your order will be sent out once pre-order products arrived.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE DELAY?
We aim to deliver the product at soonest manner possible.
We shall notify you that there may be delayed or cancelled due to delayed shipment or insufficient stocks arrived etc.
For delayed and cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.
For cancelled backorder products, you can decide to have a refund or exchange to equal price products.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
DO YOU PROVIDE SELF PICKUP SERVICE?
Yes. We do provide self pickup at Taman Molek, Johor. You may click “self pickup” during checkout phase.
Kindly contact our Customer Service Team for pick up address and confirmation of pick up time.
Pick up is only available on weekdays 8:30a.m. to 5p.m.(excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)
we will not be accepted if coming by non appointment time slot : )
Kindly note the followings terms and condition when using JB Uni Success:
We'll take (West Malaysia) 5 to 7 workings days (excluding weekends)
(East Malaysia) 7 to 10 workings days (excluding weekends)
(SG) 7 to 14 workings days (excluding weekends)
to send your items for mailing once you’ve purchased them from JB Uni Success.
The shipping fee is calculated based on weight that you have bought.

If the purchased books are in pre-order status, the shipping time will be further notice.
Next, when placing an order, kindly fill in the correct / actual name, delivery address, as well as your contact number. JB Uni Success will not be responsible for cases such as:
1) Particulars wrongly keyed-in or not detailed enough;
2) No one to collect upon the arrival of parcel;
3) Unforeseen force majeure such as: natural disasters, riots, government actions, etc;
4) Items that does not require shipment;
*Note: Time of delivery may vary if your date or purchase is during any festive season.
All orders will be considered as a confirmed transaction, thus JB Uni Success is able to provide a refund only if the customer make a purchase on the same item repeatedly.
If you realised that there’s a repeated in the items you purchased, kindly WHATSAPP your Order ID to 011-20698086 / 011-20695838. If the items are yet to be delivered, we’ll be able to cancel the order of make a refund.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes for your orders.
As jJBUS is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!
请问你的产品都是现货吗？
是的，大部分产品都是现货，预购产品会备注 PRE。
如您的订单里含有预购产品，该订单需要等待14-21个工作日(不包括公共假日和周末)来完成。
如果您希望先收到现货产品，请分开下单，否则订单会统一寄出。
如果我的预购产品延迟到货了怎么办？
我们答应顾客会在最短的时间将包裹寄出。
但请留意所有预购产品有可能因为物流问题或供货不足等而导致延误或取消。
若您的订单含有其他不受影响的产品，其他产品概不接受退款和取消。
至于缺货的产品，您可以选择退款或者兑换成其他同等价格的产品。

若购买的书籍需要预订，书籍的运输时间将会在通知。
运输条款与条件
另外，请在下单时清楚准确地填写您的真实姓名、送货地址及联系方式。同时，如因下列情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等, JBUS将无法承担责任：
1）您提供的信息错误或不够详细
2）货物送达无人签收
3）不可抗力，例如：自然灾害、骚乱、政府行为等
4）无需邮寄的商品
*注：如在佳节期间购买，送货时间可能会有所延迟。
取消订单：
所有订单都将视为确定交易，JB Uni Success目前只有在顾客错误重复购买同一物品时，能够提供退款。
若发现重复订购一物品，请即刻WHATSAPP 011-20698086 / 011-20695838通知订单号码（若分两次订购，请提供两份订单号码）。
JB Uni Success在未出货的情况下，将可提供取消订单以及退款。
我能取消或是更改我的订单/邮寄资料吗？
下单后，我方概不接受任何有关订单的更改或取消。
若您填写的邮寄资料有误，到导致包裹出错，我方一概不承担责任。
建议您在下单前重新检查您的订单和邮寄资料。
